Terms of Service

Flux Studio (“PromoStack”, “we”) provides API-first promotion infrastructure for software businesses: coupon and promotion management, gift cards, referrals, loyalty programs, and fraud controls, delivered through a hosted dashboard and a public REST API.

• You may sign up with GitHub OAuth or email. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping API keys secret.
• API keys authenticate your applications. Treat them like passwords: rotate any key you suspect is exposed, using the dashboard's rotate function.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to enter this agreement.

You agree not to:

• use PromoStack to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful activity;
• attempt to breach, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or circumvent rate limits and access controls;
• resell or sublicense API access except as part of your own product built on top of PromoStack;
• submit content or promotions that are deceptive, infringing, or otherwise unlawful.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice where abuse is ongoing.

• Free ($0), Starter ($29/month), and Growth ($79/month) plans are billed monthly.
• Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. By subscribing you also agree to Paddle's terms.
• Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel anytime from the dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Each plan includes reasonable API usage limits, published on the pricing page. We may throttle or contact you if usage consistently exceeds your plan. We will not silently cut off a paying customer's production traffic without first reaching out at abdullah129026@fluxyai.codes.

You retain all rights to the promotions, codes, and customer data you create in PromoStack. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to operate the service. See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

We work hard to keep PromoStack reliable — our status page is at /status. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flux Studio's total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue from promotions.

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms or for prolonged non-payment. On termination, your API keys are revoked; you may export your promotion data before closure by contacting abdullah129026@fluxyai.codes.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a revised date. Material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect.
