1. How billing works
- Free ($0), Starter ($29/month), and Growth ($79/month) are billed monthly.
- Paddle is our merchant of record: charges appear from Paddle, and Paddle's checkout terms apply to the payment itself.
- You can cancel anytime from the dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current paid period; we do not charge for the next one.
2. Refunds
If you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation, or a plan change that didn't apply correctly — email abdullah129026@fluxyai.codes with your account email and the charge details, and we will review and refund where appropriate.
Change-of-mind refunds are reviewed case by case. We aim to be fair: if you paid for a month you genuinely couldn't use because of a problem on our side, say so and we'll sort it out.
3. Free plan
The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund — but the same support applies if something looks wrong on your account.
